Todd Bailey is President of R. T. Bailey Construction, Inc., specializing in custom homes above $250,000. When Todd started this company in 2000, it was to be centered around customer satisfaction; before, during and after the sale. To accomplish this, Todd has a hands-on approach in the construction of the home and in relationship between he and the home owner. By being involved in every aspect of the construction process, Todd is able to quickly identify problems and get them resolved. Also, this on-site presence provides greatly flexibility when changes to the plan are necessary. Todd will personally meet with you on the job or help in the selection of appliances, tile, cabinetry, etc. His goal is to be involved with you during every aspect of construction, making it a pleasant and rewarding experience for all.

Todd participated in the Metro Augusta Home Builders Assoc. 2002 Parade of Homes and won every award. Judges from outside the area voted on Best Interior Design, Best Exterior Design and Best Decorating. In addition to active participation in the Home Builders Assoc., Todd is on the Board of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Council, the real estate arm of the Home Builders Assoc. Being active in the local area associations helps Todd have a greater understanding of what other builders are doing and what the local real estate agents need in terms of quality housing. Todd attended the National Association of Home Builders annual convention in January, further trying to stay on top the latest trends and products that are available to the housing industry.

Todd is married to Cyndi and they have two children, Connor (2 years old) and Brody (infant).
Todd and his family are so committed to Tudor Branch and the neighborhood concept that this is the community they chose for building their new home. Todd received an engineering degree from Miami University.
